Other students choose to take internships on the national level in the area of environmental protection, animal rights, women's rights, health care, anti-poverty, or workers' rights.Colleges and universities that are seeking interns for Social Issue Research projects often need students to prepare a variety of programs and reports that a re necessary for the campus to do its job. Students prepare documents that discuss these issues in depth and explain the issue in a way that is easy to understand and convey. Students must also have strong writing skills and must be able to successfully conduct interviews.
